用途Use

特點Features：

1、電氣控制: 主電箱采用10寸彩色觸摸屏，混合頭加裝7寸彩色觸摸屏，西門子PLC模塊控制溫度、壓力及澆注流量，存儲50個配方，自動化程度非常高。

2、雙恒溫控制:采用雙冷熱一體機，配合冷熱交換器，互動循環，確保原料溫度恒定，誤差＜±2℃ ，提高制品發泡質量。

3、計量準確：采用高精度的聚氨酯專用泵，保證計量精度≤1%，計量泵連接磁性聯軸器，永不泄露。

4、混合裝置：采用L型高壓自清潔混合頭，噴嘴孔徑可調，高壓形成霧狀，混合均勻。

3. Accurate measurement: The high-precision polyurethane special pump is used to ensure that the measurement accuracy is ≤1%. The metering pump is connected to the magnetic coupling and never leaks.

4. Mixing device: L-type high-pressure self-cleaning mixing head is adopted, the nozzle diameter is adjustable, the high-pressure forms a mist, and the mixing is uniform.
